Summer 2019

Dear Grade 7 students -
I hope that you have a great summer!

A summer packet will be required for students entering Algebra 1 Honors with me in the fall. This packet will address Chapter 1 and will be due on the first day of school. Honors Algebra 1 will begin with Chapter 2.

If your placement is Algebra 1 College Preparatory, you will not have a summer packet and you will begin with Chapter 1 in the fall.

Your placement will be in your final report card for this year.

All students taking Algebra 1 next year will need a graphing calculator. The recommended brand (by Northwest Catholic High School) is the TI-84 or 84 Plus graphing calculator. Please look for sales this summer (at Staples or Target).

Have a safe and happy summer!
Love, Mrs. Raymond
